Willow Bank Residential Home ‘sees major improvement’

Willow Bank Residential Home received an inadequate rating and was put into special measures by CQC following inspections in March and April last year.

Manager, Carole Hall took over as manager after this and things have improved, leading to the care home receiving a requires improvement rating in the latest inspection in November.

The home is now preparing to open a public dementia café.
