Health Secretary Matt Hancock has said that there will continue to be an “unhindered” supply of medicines in the event of a no-deal Brexit “if everybody does what they need to do”.
Mr Hancock said there was no need for individual patients to stockpile drugs and warned that doing so would be “counterproductive” by making it more difficult to build up necessary stocks within the pharmaceutical industry.
Ed. Mr Hancock has made this statement previously, and so I am sure he is trying to quell the impending panic towards a ‘no deal’ scenario.
