Former owner returns to West Bridgford care home and leads team to outstanding rating

25 January 2019 – Nottingham Post

The former owner of a Nottinghamshire care home who returned as manager after a nine-month break had led the team to an outstanding rating from CQC.

Dianne Keogh is the current registered manager at RoseLea House in West Bridgford, but left the home in 2017 to take on another role. She has since implemented many of the skills picked up during her time away, and wanted to bring fresh ideas to the home.

RoseLea House had an unannounced inspection from the CQC in November 2018 and received an outstanding rating, marking an improvement from their last inspection when it was rated good.
