If you’re a care provider and would like the chance to meet the Ombudsman Michael King, we’re holding a number of events across the country in February and March.
The events in Bristol, Birmingham, Leeds and London follow on from our inaugural sessions which were a great success two years ago.
The programme will include the chance to learn about how to use complaints to drive service improvements, and we’ll hold a discussion session on dealing with difficult relatives.
We’ll also talk about our Annual Review of Complaints, how we’re working in partnership with the Care Quality Commission, and how you can improve services for clients by listening to complaints.
There will also be the chance to network with your peers. Lunch will also be included. For all of this there is a nominal charge of £50 which includes refreshments and lunch.
