World Vegan Day was on 01.11.2018 to celebrate the growing phenomenon of vegan and plant-based diets which are becoming increasingly popular in the UK and abroad.

Last week, there were reports that a vegan diet can significantly improve mental health, reduce diabetes and lower weight.

Now the NHS has broken down the research to reveal whether the popular lifestyle choice does provide such benefits.
