A care home was told that it ‘requires improvement’ after inspectors found some residents with unexplained skin tears and bruises.

CQC published its latest inspection report on Monread Lodge in Woolmer Green on 28.02.2018.

After four unannounced visits between 25.09.2017 and 09.10.2017, the body concluded that the provider “requires improvement” across all five measures, and that it is not consistently safe, effective, responsive, or well led.
